Crisp barely shows up when AI assistants talk about customer support tools. Across 60 questions, it was named just 3 times, landing an overall score of 2 out of 100. Claude gave it a small nod at 7, while ChatGPT and Perplexity didn't mention it at all. When it did come up, it was for setup ease, automatic customer question answering, and multi-language support, each named in just 1 of 3 answers. It never appeared for reply drafting, WhatsApp or social messaging, email tickets, per-resolution pricing, or enterprise use. So far, Crisp is a rare mention, not a go-to name.
